 At Keep It Simple & Pink, we believe life is better with a little sweetness, a lot of PINK, and just the right amount of love.

Born from the flavors I grew up with at home, our café blends Mexican-inspired comfort food with fun, feminine charm. From our cozy decor to our creative drinks and sweets, everything here is designed to make you feel welcome and inspired.

We’re more than just a café, we’re a space for connection, celebration, and community. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee, a brunch date, or a special event, our goal is to give you an experience that feels as joyful and unique as you are.

Sometimes the best things in life are simple...good food, good company, and a beautiful space to share them in. And of course, everything’s a little brighter when it’s pink.

We’ve also created spaces beyond the café. Behind us, you’ll find our Pink Airbnb a dreamy little getaway for guests who want to stay wrapped in our signature pink style and for intimate gatherings, our private venue space is perfect for smaller celebrations of about 24–38 guests.

As a proud Latina-owned business, our story began with a dream I carried since I was just 17 years old! After high school, I opened a small pickup spot in Old Town Spring, when Keep It Simple was just chocolate-covered strawberries. In that first year, I discovered a love for decorating events and poured my energy into it even choosing to skip college to chase my dream. When COVID hit, my event business slowed, and I found myself working in the oil and gas industry. But my heart never left creating. Eventually, I decided to take the leap back into my passion full-time, which led me to the space that is now Keep It Simple & Pink. What started small has blossomed into the café, venue, and community we’ve built today and I couldn’t be more proud of how far it’s come.
